By using every available material at my disposal, I recreate the image from my mind at the workbench. This process of realization of an idea is one of the most important steps to fulfill my artistic vision. My work is about taking risks where it's color size or construction. It also embodies the whimsical, beautiful, and sometimes absurd. Creations from TSMGO! are not meant for simply wearing and then being put away. They are to be enjoyed in their entirety. The pieces I create, hopefully, make a statement not only about myself but also about the person who has acquired them.

I like to fascinate and arouse the viewer with the question, "how can this be?" In the sometimes dark and dreary world we live in, the need for spontaneous joy must be paramount. This philosophy is what makes me tick as an artist. So besides creating the leaping frog brooch with a fly captured on its tongue, why not create the lilypad and waterlily that it leaps from? Although each piece stands on its own, I desire to create the environment from which it comes. This causes one to have a total experience not just an untitled snippet in one's mind.

My hope is that through my creations, I can make the world a more enjoyable and exciting place to be in. Fear has no place here. Only fantasy, ecstasy and bewilderment.
